Chartreuse yellow, with a silver sheen. Fine white apple, a hint of honeydew melon, delicate hints of lime, orange zest, a mineral touch. Complex, juicy, white peach, an elegant structure, salty finish, persistent, multi-faceted, good ageing potential.
