A delicate pink tinge in the colour. Aromas of apple, Boskop, lots of yeast. On the palate the wine has a supple background, appears full-bodied with well-groomed phenolics, the ripe acidity is not plastered over with residual sugar. An unconventional, even demanding, but well thought-out wine, far removed from all fruit salad, innocent and pure.
