Tasting Notes
Multi-layered bouquet. Savoury notes, pear, ripe yellow apple, delicately smoky as well as stone notes, ivy and hazelnut. On the palate, beautifully mineral, slight saltiness, fine phenolics, as well as lovely acidity marked by lush pear and apple fruit.
More about the tastingCandied fruit on the nose, "marron glacé", roasted almond. Voluminous on the palate, very fine phenolics and a rather ripe, well-supporting acidity, round and currently not yet very open in the aromas, but with good substance and perspective.
