In general, Scheurebe is not at all restrained in terms of fragrance, and Christian Bamberger's example is no exception. Gooseberry and blackcurrant on the nose mean it could also pass for a Sauvignon Blanc. On the palate, hearty acidity, fine sweetness, fresh and lively!
