Tasting Notes
Medium ruby with purple reflections and a broad, lighter rim. On the nose there is a touch of black cherry, smokiness, herbal notes, red berry fruit, a deep minerality and a floral undertone. The palate shows good complexity, with juicy, fine red fruit, fine structure, integrated tannins, persistence and pronounced fruit on the finish, then some tobacco spice on the aftertaste. Definite ageing potential.
