Light yellow-green, silver reflections. Pure lime on the nose, delicate herbs, yellow fruits, fine tobacco savouriness, a hint of tangerine zest in the background. Juicy, white stone fruit, taut minerality, fresh and elegant, a lively acidic arc provides tension and length, lemony touch, finesse and long lasting, chalky, a very young food companion, very versatile.
