Light greenish yellow, silver reflections. Delicately reductive savouriness, white pomaceous fruit, fresh greengage, a hint of orange blossom, lime, cool minerality. Full-bodied, fine slate savouriness at the core, salty, freshly structured, full of finesse, white fruit, lingers long, a firm food wine, versatile.
