Pale yellow green, silver reflections. Delicately smoky and savoury nuances of fresh honeydew melon and mango, some meadow herbs, mineral undertone. Medium complexity, white apple, delicate peach, precise with great finesse, salty, lime notes in the aftertaste, a delicate food wine.
