The white wine Sauvignon Blanc, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Christopher Deiß has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points.
On the nose, the wine shows an overwhelming gooseberry fruit, very clear and intense, also kiwi and very ripe mango. A medium-bodied vintage type on the palate, lively acidity, a hint of fermentation carbonic acid gives freshness, the restrained sweetness underlines the animating fruit.
