Subtle boisée, smoky, peppery, almost Burgundy-like on the nose, the Müller-Thurgau savouriness only emerges on the palate. The palate structure combines substance, saltiness, a viscous layer of suppleness and a lively acidity that is surrounded by a touch of sweetness.
