The rosé wine »Belemnit Blanc de Noir« Pinot Noir, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Clauß has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Baden in Germany.
Pale straw colour with a glimmer of pink in the reflections. The wine smells of fresh Burgundy grapes, also slightly citrus and even a bit floral. On the palate the wine is full-bodied and balanced, a delicate layer of phenolics gives backbone, the acidity seems mature and remains discreetly in the background. The wine finishes juicily, with natural, unforced fruit in the finish.
