Tasting from 16.02.2024: Ulrich Sautter

A savoury woody note meets fresh sour cherry fruit on the nose. The palate is characterised by velvety, grippy tannins, the ripe acidity is seamlessly combined with the body and provides sufficient support. Mineral components are vivid both aromatically (tufa, black pepper) and tactilely. A very well vinified Pinot Noir in a juicy, modern style.
