Tasting from 26.04.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Dandelion flower, clover, hay, very fragrant and yet nuanced. On the palate, polished and nervy, vigorous with a lovely pull from the acidity in a rather robust body, mineral notes, a nice touch of carbonation. An unaffected, gastronomic wine.
