Elderberry and beeswax, and the gentle essence of fir tree honey, gingerbread-like aromas and wood spice. On the palate, lots of texture, of the finest means, mellow, mealy, ripe but sufficiently supporting acidity, clear fruit, integrated alcohol, a mouthful of Pinot with the best perspective.
