Medium yellow with green reflections; still restrained bouquet, floral notes, lime blossom, spicy, some tarragon; juicy attack on the palate, rather lean, crisp acidity, citric notes, a hint of rhubarb; lengthens nicely. Fresh, gripping, acidic Räuschling, a wonderful aperitif wine.
