This has a medium golden yellow colour. It is fruity on the nose, with aromas of apricot, ripe apple, subtle nougat, herbal spicy elements, and some orange blossom. It has a lovely fullness on the palate, with a juicy acidity, and a very fine somewhat effervescent mousse. It finishes delicately sweet and juicy, with fruity and floral nuances.
