The white wine »Wildesholz« Riesling trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Diefenhardt has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Discreet boisée creates a burgundy-like aroma, but with floral and grape aromas, it brings Riesling back to mind. In the mouth, the wine has very fine, silky phenolics, a fine acidity and a very unique balance. Exciting!
