Tasting Notes
Quite an intense colour - a bright, light vermilion. Almond, buttery notes, notes of fresh herbs and spices. Smooth and almost creamy on the palate, very round and plump, a mild acidity, a textured body balanced by a hint of tannins. A very unique rosé, good with food (ideally veal with a cream sauce, possibly artichoke).
More about the tastingIn addition to red fruits (raspberry, redcurrant and cherry), vanilla, roasted aromas and stewed berries on the nose. Juicy and soft on the palate, a fine spiciness runs through the athletic body, good structure and length, gastronomic rosé.
