Tasting Notes
Spicy wood, aniseed, soft yeasty notes. Floral and berry aromas. On the palate, an amalgam of suppleness, nervy acidity and a layer of very high quality phenolics that seem mellow and on the other hand have a tiny bit more tension than just being "silky". Very closed.
More about the tastingRipe stone fruit on the nose, also some wood and herbs. The aroma expands with a little air, Asian spices are added. Pleasant and soft palate structure, the ripe acidity carries, has density and polish. Has certain ageing potential.
