The white wine Nymphe von Montfort, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Disibodenberg has been rated in 2019 by Ulrich Sautter with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Grauburgunder, Weißburgunder from the region Nahe in Germany.
Somewhat buttery and clearly wood-influenced on the nose, with ripe yellow fruit in the background. Very supple on the attack, but with contrasting, marked acidity, very much extract, excellent concentration and a delicate wood savouriness on the finish. One for the future!
