Mirabelle plum, Reine Claude plum and apple are evident in the fruity and fresh nose, bright blossom, floral notes and a hint of tomato panicle. The vibrant acidity is the boss on the palate and organises the proportions, getting along well with the clear fruit and sweetness. Lean and lively, finishing with a fine spiciness.
