The white wine Oberhausen Leistenberg Riesling Kabinett, vintage 2016 from the winery Weingut Dönnhoff has been rated in 2017 with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Nahe in Germany.
With herbal spice, apple peel and lemon zest on the nose, it is already surprisingly open-hearted. We make out wood sorrel. Surprisingly phenolic for a Kabinett, the word "nasty" comes to mind. We are excited about its future.
