Tasting Notes
Grapefruit, citrus zest and tangerine on the nose with peppery, firm acid like powdered flint rock. Powerful and deep in content, grippy tannin, taut in density but not over-concentrated. Quite a classic structure with good length. Very mineral and has well integrated alcohol.
