Still quite closed on the nose, with some herbal aromas, orange zest, a hint of Mirabelle plum and jasmine blossom emerging. A very gripping acidity is to the fore on the palate, and meets with a pleasant sweetness. A slight minerality shines through in the background. This is a Kabinett that is well worth waiting for.
