Tasting Notes
Subtle boisée and berry-led Pinot aromas on the nose - very clear and precise fruit. After aeration some chalky-mineral tones also emerge. It's dense and full-bodied in the mouth, with fine phenolics and a ripe acidity. A complete Pinot Blanc with a well-considered structure, very good substance and equally good ageing potential.
