Tasting Notes
One of the first wineries to cultivate Sauvignon Blanc in Germany. Here matured discreetly in wooden barrels. Fruity aromas of white flowers, honeydew melon and light pear are skillfully integrated into the wood, still somewhat yeasty, good substance, depth and density, elegant creaminess that interacts excellently with the acidity. Definitely give it some time.
