Lots of limestone and a berryish, fruity Pinot Gris aroma. On the palate the wine combines fullness with freshness, and here too the limestone is noticeable, with peppery aromas and minerality of a chalky, tactile-mineral texture. Not as hearty as other Gröhl wines, but in terms of terroir expression it is also right on the money!
