Tasting Notes

93
Tasting from 10.10.2014

Some new wood (cinnamon, nougat) and yeasty-reductive notes (bouillon), but also expressive fruit of small red berries. Lots of juice and playfulness on the palate, elegance, silky tannins, delicate acidity, fruit-driven finish. Subtle, nervy Burgundy varietal.
