Tasting Notes
The nose oscillates between spice and fruit. Notes of ripe raspberries, sour cherries and redcurrants. Some pomegranate and hints of allspice and savory. In addition, fine, beautifully integrated roasted notes. Elegant and smooth on the palate, with a fine thread of acidity, spicy red fruit, slightly noticeable, ripe tannins and a long finish.
