Slightly reserved on the nose initially, then notes of flint, smoke, some orange blossom, subtle notes of lemon balm, multi-layered. Fresh, with a ripe acidity on the palate, peach, ripe apple, juicy, with mineral undertones, a light sweetness, good structure and length, drinking well.
