Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Clear, bright yellow in colour. On the nose shattered rock, lime, ripe citrus fruit, honey and white currant. On the palate fine acidity, well balanced with citrus fruit, apricot, mango, with good structure, length and fresh finish. Good potential.
