Tasting from 07.12.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Fine savouriness, apple and apricot on the nose, also grapefruit, herbal notes, also some malt candy. The acidity of the vintage gives the Auslese dynamism and drinkability, juicy, also creamy and full-bodied, but above all with good tension and length.
