Tasting from 12.10.2022: Ulrich Sautter

A savoury, slightly yeasty varietal aroma, notes of sesame, lime honey and meadow herbs. The palate has a very fine Markgräfler style, a lightness with a mineral tinge, the acidity flows elegantly and gives length, delicate phenolics enrich the mouthfeel. Substantial and fine in equal measure.
