The red wine Pinot Noir Barrique, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Erich Meier has been rated in 2024 by Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Benajmin Herzog, Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Lake Zurich in Switzerland.
On the nose, cool, elegant fruit aromas, notes of raspberry, cherry and red currant with additional subtle herbal, savoury and floral nuances. Intense on the palate but with a certain delicacy, ripe, juicy acidity and a beautiful interplay between red fruit and savouriness, ripe, very well-integrated tannins and a long finish.
