Tasting Notes
Bright medium yellow green in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, fine smoky-spice notes underlaid with white stone fruit nuances, a touch of flint and candied citrus zest, a Burgundian touch. The substantial palate is elegant with a creamy texture and a kiss of fine oak, structured and full of finesse, with delicate nougat notes on the finish which has good length. Already animating.
