On the nose, a multi-faceted bouquet with aromas of cassis, ripe gooseberry, and subtle hints of candied orange zest, underpinned with some passion fruit. The palate is complex, and full-bodied, with an elegant texture, fine fruit, well-integrated tannins, and fine yellow tropical fruit on the persistent finish, already drinkable, has the potential for ageing.
