Tasting Notes
Pear, almond paste and a hint of blossom honey, pronounced, ripe savouriness, also some honeydew melon. A hint of wood blends in very well. Full-bodied, rich and round on the palate, with texture and good acidity to support the body. A full-bodied varietal type, but always in balance thanks to the fruit and the skillful wood contribution. Very good length.
