A subtle use of wood meets a spiciness typical of Pinot Noir: Laurel, juniper, and pepper, but doesn’t lack fruit (wild strawberry, sweet cherry) either. The palate reveals a wine with plenty of suppleness, ripe fruit, mild acidity and some power.
More about the tastingRed berries, sweet almond, rose hip and subtle wood. On the palate, the wine is characterised by dry tannins, ripe acidity supports and carries, the appropriately supple base binds the extract. It's still pointed and compact on the finish and has the best prospects.
