Tasting Notes
Light greenish yellow with silver reflections. An intense but delicate nose that's full of white fruit and Golden Delicious apple and a touch of orange zest. A smoky, spiced character underpins the fruit. The palate is taut, tightly meshed, and emphatically mineral. There's a classically fresh acidic arc and saline finish with lime freshness. Shows good length and secure ageing potential.
