It has a bright golden yellow colour, with brassy reflections. There is a nuance of ripe pear, with a hint of white tropical fruit, some tobacco notes, as well as discreet nougat with aeration. It has a complex and full-bodied palate, appearing well-balanced, with a fine extract sweetness, a well-integrated acidity structure, power and persistence. It is a nicely spicy and precise food wine, with minerality and good length.
