This has aromas of lemon and ripe apple on the nose, along with yeasty nuances, and subtle acacia honey. It is slightly sweet on the palate, with a medium fine mousse, a lively acidity, again with apple and citrus nuances, and subtle nougat. It has an appropriate length, with floral accents.
