Bright medium greenish yellow. Attractive bouquet of aranzini, a hint of banana and light caramel, underlaid with yellow tropical fruit, fine nutty notes, delicate hints of coconut. Juicy, powerful, subtle notes of yellow apple and nougat, creamy texture, pleasant extract sweetness on the finish, very good length and aromas, perfect accompaniment for red smear cheese or Appenzeller.
