Medium greenish yellow with silver reflections. Ripe yellow-stone-fruit nuances, a hint of quince, candied orange zest and delicate dried fruit. Powerful, juicy and complex, with fine yeasty nuances, it is subtly nutty on the finish with ripe yellow fruit and some nougat in the aftertaste.
