Tasting Notes
Bright cherry red, with copper reflections and a purple touch. The nose is red berry jam underpinned with a hint of dried figs. An opulent style - sweet strawberry jam character makes for a sturdy, sweet texture that's balanced by a fine acid core. Pickled cherries and some honey develop on the finish. A very baroque style.
