Strong golden yellow, silver reflections. Delicate notes of mango and white apple, candied orange zest, with a hint of blossom honey. Taut, tightly meshed, fine pear touch, elegant texture, mineral, fresh and still very lively, medium complexity, apricot note on the finish, a versatile food companion, good future ageing potential, is in the full ripening phase.
