Tasting Notes
Light greenish yellow. On the nose somewhat restrained, fine nuances of apricot, delicate blossom honey, very strong minerality, fine savoury note, some anise and cinnamon, stone fruit tones, orange in the background. On the palate complex, powerful, fruity, tight-knit and complex, immensely fine acidity. On the finish juicy yellow stone fruit note and a touch of orange. Drinking impressively, great ageing potential, a classic, now perfectly matured, an almost cinematic experience.
