A yellow-green colour. Ripe yellow peach, dark mineral notes, fine blossom honey. Elegant body, fresh, racy, white fruit, a lemony touch on the finish, very light-footed, with a mineral-salty aftertaste, hints of white peach on the palate. Will benefit from further ageing.
