Berry varietal fruit is complemented by subtle iodine-mineral aromas. In the mouth, the wine has a taut structure, a firm acid backbone is a sign of early harvesting, the Kaiserstuhl suppleness, which is also vivid, waits in the background for its breakthrough in the course of bottle maturation.
