Pale golden yellow, with silver hues. Subtle smoky notes and savoury herbs underneath crisp apple, a touch of tangerine zest, with a somewhat shy bouquet. Medium complexity, white stone fruit, a touch nutty on the finish, mineral aftertaste, with a lemony touch, will improve with further ageing in the bottle.
