Dark ruby colour, purple reflections, subtle ochre rim. Restrained bouquet, delicate hints of red fruit, floral touch, delicate hint of mint. Juicy, elegant, red heart cherry, fresh structure, mineral-salty, good persistence, still a little underdeveloped overall, will benefit from further bottle ageing.
